Ingredients: 2 cups of water, ½ cup organic spinach, 1 head of organic romaine, juice of ½ organic lemon, 3 to 4 sticks organic celery, 1 organic banana, 1 organic pear, 1 organic apple, Optional: (a handful or cilantro or parsley for extra detoxing goodness)
Step 1: Fill blender with 2 cups of water, blend the spinach and romaine until smooth.
Step 2: Add the celery, apple, pear and herbs (if using) and blend again till smooth.
Step 3: Finally add the lemon juice and banana and do your last blend.
